By entering this contest, you agree to the following rules and regulations (the “Contest Rules”):

1. Promotion Start/End Dates.
The monthly promotion begins on the first day of the month at 12:01 am EDT and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 pm EDT (the "Promotion Period"), by which time all entries must be received.

2. The Contest.
Each month during the Promotion Period, NetMark LLC d/b/a Motive8Now and Motiv8Rewards (collectively, "us", "we", "NetMark" or the "Company") will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing. For all purposes related to these rules a "month" shall commence on the first day of each such month and ending at 11:59 pm EST/EDT on the last day of each such month. NetMark will determine the date and time of each monthly random drawing in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing in any respect, NetMark reserves the right to conduct the monthly random drawing on any day and any time, regardless of the number of days which have passed since the date of the last drawing.

3. Entering the Contest
In order to enter the contest, you must enter the unique promotional code which you received at our contest website, www.Motive8Rewards.com, complete the online entry form and submit it as instructed. There is no limit on the number of entries which one person may make, except as otherwise provided in these Contest Rules.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, garbled or incompletely received for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion, incompatibility, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort, whether at our servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Website. Use of bots or any other automated process to enter the contest is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole direction of the Company. Entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. For purposes of these Contest Rules, “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet service provider, an online service provider or other organization (i.e., business or educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with that address.

4. Notification of Potential Winner.
The potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or by telephone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or otherwise returned because delivery cannot be completed, then such potential winner shall forfeit all rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Our decisions are final and binding in all respects.

5. The Prize.
The winner will receive a gift certificate or gift card which may be redeemed for purchases on www.Amazon.com. The approximate retail value of the prize is $250. Gift cards may only be redeemed for purchases of goods on Amazon.com. Gift cards cannot be used for purchases or gift certificates or gift cards or for purchases of goods or services from any other person and may not be used to purchase goods at Amazon.com auctions. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards may not be reloaded, resold or otherwise transferred to any other person, regardless of whether consideration is given or not. NetMark is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Purchases in an amount greater than the amount of the gift card will be the responsibility of the contest winner.

NETMARK IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR OF THIS CONTEST. NETMARK DOES NOT HAVE ANY AFFILIATION OR OTHER ASSOCIATION OR RELATIONSHIP WITH AMAZON.

6. Odds of Winning.
The odds of winning a prize will vary from month to month and will depend upon the number of entries received prior to the drawing.

7. Taxes.
Any income, sales or other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Eligibility.
Void where prohibited. All entrants must be natural persons, at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees of the Company and its affiliates, as well as any persons related to or residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate. Winners of a prior monthly drawing in this contest may not enter future drawings for at least fifty-two (52) weeks after the date on which the winner was notified of his/her selection.

9. Privacy

By submitting an entry into this contest, you agree to receive future information about our products and services and about the products and services of our sponsors at the email and/or regular mail addresses that you provide with each entry. We will provide your information to our sponsors so that they can provide such information to you directly. Please note that any information which we transfer to our sponsors is not subject to the requirements of our privacy policy. We urge you to become familiar with the privacy policies of our sponsors.

You may opt out of receiving these communications from us and from further transfers of your information by us by sending us an “opt out” notice at any time. Please note that you will no longer be eligible to participate in the contest if you do so.

If you wish to “opt out”, you must notify us either through the Unsubscribe/Opt-Out page on our Website or by sending a written request by United States mail, first class postage prepaid to the following address:

Please allow ten (10) business days after our receipt of your “opt out” request for the change to become fully effective. Please note that we cannot prevent our sponsors from continuing to send you information if we have already provided your information to that sponsor prior to the effective date of your “opt out” notice. You will need to contact the sponsor(s) directly in that event.

If at any time you indicate that you wish to receive information from us and from our sponsors again – including, without limitation, by submitting one or more entries in the contest after the effective date of your “opt out” notice – then that “opt in” statement will supersede the prior “opt out” notice.

10. Our Sponsors.

This Website is one of the products and services which we offer to our sponsors. NetMark is an independent company and is not affiliated with the sponsors. The sponsors are not responsible for the operation of this Website and are not involved in any way for the operation of this contest.

12. Limitation of Liability.

Any violation of these Contest Rules may result in disqualification. NetMark is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this contest, including without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion and without any liability whatsoever.

13. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction.

A. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations within the United States of America. This contest is void anywhere outside the United States of America.

B. Any dispute arising under or in any way related to these Contest Rules or any person’s performance thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any conflict of laws rules or regulations. Any such dispute shall be heard in the federal and state courts having jurisdiction over the County of New Castle, State of Delaware, United States of America and each person who submits an entry hereby waives any objection to the personal or subject-matter jurisdiction of such courts or to the convenience of such courts for the parties involved.

14. Consent to Publication.

Except where prohibited by law: (i) the acceptance of any prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without any further compensation to the winner and (ii) potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility including (without limitation) the individual’s social security number and a liability/publicity release as a condition of receiving any prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification by NetMark or an alternate winner may be chosen.

15. General Terms.

A. These Contest Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the contest, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company relating to this contest.

B. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right of provision under these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.

C. If any provision of these Contest Rules is held to be invalid, the remainder of these Contest Rules shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Contest Rules shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the viability and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
